Unforgettable biology lesson at Public Aquarium and Tropicarium

On Tuesday, 4 April, Savremena’s year 11 students visited the Public Aquarium and Tropicarium. In this unusual and unique oasis in Belgrade, the students encountered organisms which they only learnt about in biology lessons.

Katarina Milenković shines at national research project contest

At the national research project contest which gathered secondary school students in Serbia, held on Saturday, 1 April, Savremena’s student Katarina Milenković achieved a notable result. In addition to substantial praise, she received a certificate for her scientific paper on the impact of onion on cancer cells, showing that her efforts paid off.
